All Levels Yoga

Suitable for the student with a bit of experience, a desire to learn, and an appreciation for our potential. This class follows the teachings of Anusara Yoga, a heart-centered hatha yoga practice that focuses on our physical and emotional well-being through attitude, alignment and action. In this class, you will refine alignment, as flexibility and muscular strength increase.
Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays // 9:00-10:00am // Sage Yoga Bonsall
Gentle Yoga is designed for you if you are looking for a more peaceful class experience, and/or you are new to yoga or coming back to the practice. It is also appropriate for you if you are challenged by injuries, chronic conditions, stress. Improved balance, flexibility, agility and strength are the goals of this class, as we move more slowly and with breath awareness.
You may be on a different journey from your classmates; however, the community developed in this group is supportive and empowering. Join Leslie as you work to create positive change; improve quality of life; attain what you may have previously thought out of reach; and enrich your self-awareness.
Yoga Fundamentals
FRIDAYS // 9:00-10:00am // Sage Yoga BONSALL
In Yoga Fundamentals, we will step back a bit — put on our beginner mind; break down poses; expand our knowledge—not just of the poses, but of our bodies, our breath, our emotional reactions to our strengths and weaknesses. This class is also appropriate for the student new to yoga, or returning to the practice. And, if you have an injury or chronic condition, you will feel comfortable stepping into this class.
